Reichenbach Named "CPM of the Year"

Marsha S. Reichenbach, CPM holds the position of Real Estate Asset Manager for the City of Columbus, Department of Development’s Land Redevelopment Office, where she is responsible for the management of city-owned structures and lots. Her current employment also involves both for-profit and not-for-profit renovation and redevelopment projects throughout the City of Columbus.

Marsha began her property management career with Kohr Royer Griffith, Inc. a long time family-owned business as a rental agent, working her way through, and learning all aspects of the business. She acquired her CPM designation in 1987. During that time she was a third party manager responsible for residential, commercial and office space.

IREM has been a constant presence throughout her professional career, and she has served on the Board for the last eight years, including President in 2005. Marsha has been very active with the Chapter, serving on various committees over the years, and she intends to continue to “take time” and support the Chapter.

Marsha lives with her partner in Madison County where they share a love of the great outdoors, animals and gardening.

Todd Marxen: Nationwide Realty Investors

Todd Marxen, CPM®

Todd is currently a Property Manager with Nationwide Realty Investors managing their suburban portfolio made up of 20 office buildings. He has been with them since January, 2006. Prior to this position he was a Property Manager for Weston, Inc., out of Solon, OH managing approx. 3,000,000 square feet of industrial and office buildings in 3 states. Todd has been in the property management business for 15 years. He holds an RPA through BOMA as well as the CPM® designation he just received from IREM. Todd is a 1989 graduate of Kent State University with BBA in Finance and Real Estate.

Todd has not moved to Columbus yet, my wife Maribeth, and my 3 kids daughter Leah, age 7 , son Matt, age 6 , and daughter Lauren, age 3 still live in Hudson, Ohio, We look forward to making a new home in the Columbus area.

Scott Hunley: Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing

Scott Hunley, CPM®

Scott Hunley joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) in August 2004 as Vice President, Development. Scott consults with non-profit and for-profit developers to assist them in all aspects of structuring and developing affordable housing projects. Before joining OCCH, Scott was Director, Risk Mitigation at Paramount Financial Group. Prior to that, he worked in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Multifamily Housing Division, and also served as the Director of the Los Angeles Enforcement Center. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Franklin University.

Francine Moore, CPM®: Taggart Management and Real Estate Services

Francine Moore is currently a Commercial Property Manager for Taggart Management & Real Estate Services, LLC. She heads the Property Management Department for a mixed use portfolio consisting of more than 700,000 square feet of retail, office and warehouse space. Her primary duties include maintaining and preparing budgets, administering capital improvements, lease preparation and review, property reporting, and all other tenant related issues. She oversees construction and tenant improvements for new tenants and renewals with the leasing staff. She coordinates and implements events for the Mill Run Owners Association. Francine has been in the real estate business since 1997. She has an Associate’s Degree in Business and is a licensed real estate agent since 1999, paralegal and notary public.

Bethany Pocock: Nationwide Realty Investors

Bethany Pocock is a Property Manager for Nationwide Realty Investors. Bethany has four years of experience in property management. She manages 8 class A buildings located in the Arena District, consisting of 1 million square feet. Bethany has been with NRI for 6 years and received her CPM designation in November 2006. She was previously a portfolio accountant for NRI. Bethany has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from The Ohio State University.

Beth Short: CASTO

Beth is currently a Property Manager with Casto managing commercial retail properties located in Alabama, Illinois and Ohio, consisting of 2,000,000 square feet. She has been with them since July 1999. Prior to this position, she was a Property Management Assistant for Glimcher Realty Trust for 7 1/2 years. Beth recently obtained her Ohio Real Estate License in May and holds a CPM designation she just recently received from IREM. Beth recently became engaged and is planning a spring wedding in 2007.

Robert Sutton: NAI Ohio Equities

Robert C Sutton is a Senior Property Manager with NAI Ohio Equities, LLC. He has been with the company since February 2003. His current portfolio includes thirteen mid and low rise office buildings located throughout the Columbus market. Bob began his career in real estate with Pizzuti Management in 1986 after leaving active duty with the United States Army. He retired from the US Army Reserve in 1999 as an Lt Col. He has a BS in Engineering for the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago. Bob is divorced with two children, a high school freshman and a sixth grader who live in Hilliard. He has lived in Upper Arlington for a little over a year.

Mary E. Tarrier, CPM®: Taggart Management and Real Estate Services

Mary is a CPM® and has been with the company for 16 years. Mary is a licensed real estate agent with a Bachelor of Science Degree from The Ohio State University.

Jay Zollars: RZ Realty

Jay Zollars resides in Worthington with his wife Ashley and their new baby girl Hudson Elizabeth. He is currently active in the Columbus Board of Realtors, Grandview Chamber of Commerce, St. Clairsville Chamber of Commerce, Ohio University Alumni Association, and the Worthington United Methodist Church. He graduated from Ohio University in 1991 and worked for Olentangy Management and Decade Real Estate after graduating. Currently, he is the owner of RZ Realty, which he established in 1994. In part, he started RZ Realty while selling investment property to his clients. Jay saw that they had a need for someone they trusted to manage their properties. RZ Realty has also allowed him to manage his personal investments. Currently he manages residential, office, retail, and light industrial properties throughout central Ohio. He is very proud to have received the CPM designation. Everyday, Jay uses the knowledge he learned in the IREM classes. Now Jay plans to use his credentials to help him grow in property management and in business. He is looking forward to using his CPM as a stepping-stone into developing property, which will add more management. He feels there are more opportunities available to him after receiving this designation.

Lois Dillenbach, ARM

Lois is currently employed by Forest City Residential Management. She is the property manager at Riverside Towers in Coshocton, Ohio. She manages a 100 unit, HUD section 8 housing complex. Lois began managing in 1988 and she has also managed a MSHDA 80/20 housing complex and Rural Development family housing. She worked in a corporate office in Traverse City for another management company. Lois did all the recertifications, certifications, move ins and move outs for 572 units which consisted of 20 properties. She currently live on site. Some of her job duties include, calculating rent, collecting rent, supervising staff, purchasing and billings, resident relations, budgeting and various monthly reports. Lois is also a certified occupancy specialist. Hope this helps!
